"Pumped for Murder"
ARC Contest

Winners Congratulations to Jennifer Nelson and Kathryn Poulin, the winners of a free Advance Reading Copy of "Pumped for Murder," my Dead-End Job Mystery. Jennifer and Kathryn will get to read the same version of "Pumped" as the reviewers -- before the e-book and hardcover goes on sale May 3. That's Jennifer with her handsome cat, James, and Kathryn Poulin with the gorgeous view.

Your Pet Vet Contest Winners

This handsome dog, Bucky, owns Carol Robinson of New Pine Creek, Oregon. Carol is one of five contest winners. Cindy Maher, Gerrie Finger, Sherry Lilley and Dina Willner also won autographed copies of "An Uplifting Murder," my latest Josie Marcus Mystery Shopper novel.
Uplifting Contest Winner

My Uplifting Contest drew more than 400 entries from around the world. Readers in Ireland, Portugal, Canada, New Zealand and Israel, as well as across the United States, wanted that $100 gift certificate for lingerie or books. The winner is Ann Beehler of St. Ann, Missouri. As a writer I'm delighted that she chose a $100 gift card for books. Congratulations, Ann. And we'll have another contest shortly.

A winning couple: I officiated at the wedding of Carl Nigro and Lia Hutton June 19, 2010, in Columbia, Maryland. They won my Happily Ever After contest for "Half-Price Homicide." After I met Carl and Lia in person, I felt like the real winner of that contest. |
